virgin, cold-pressed coconut oil has the ability to deeply penetrate the hair follicles -- providing nourishment to the hair and scalp. Its high fatty acid content helps to rejuvenate dry, dull hair and it's rich anti-oxidant content helps to repair damaged hair caused by free radicals and other environmental toxins. Regular scalp massages with coconut oil may help to increase circulation, resulting in stronger, longer and healthier hair. 

raw, cold-pressed chia seed oil is rich in fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, calcium and phosphorous which helps to strengthen hair, promote new hair cell regeneration, silken dry, rough strands and mend split ends, while adding shine.

Section and detangle your hair. Apply a moderate amount of oil to hair -- from root to tip and don’t forget your edges! 

Cover hair with a plastic cap and leave it on for 1-4 hours. Co-wash/shampoo hair and follow up with your wash-day routine.
