BOOK RECOMMENDATIONS

We all hold this innate ability to heal ourselves. It’s in our DNA, passed down from our ancestors and as we become more in-tune with ourselves and nature, we find that the answers have always been within.

Nature has the power to heal and when used correctly, earth’s elements can aid and benefit our bodies. Whether it be fasting, herbs, spices found in our kitchen, shifting to a more holistic diet/lifestyle can do wonders for our bodies (and the environment).
