Avocado Toast

Avocado is a delicious and very satisfying superfood. They have a bad rep for being fatty, but the fats are healthy and full of benefits. Avocado is believed to help promote healthy skin, boost heart health, improve digestion, is an excellent source of potassium and is a rich source of antioxidants. On toast, its the perfect afternoon snack or light lunch.



INGREDIENTS

2 slices of bread

1 avocado

6 grape tomatoes, diced 

Extra virgin olive oil (or truffle oil)

Cayenne pepper

Celtic sea salt


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Toast bread.

2. Cut avocado in half then cut into thin slices.

3. Use ½ avocado on each toast.

4. Top with diced tomatoes, oil drizzle, cayenne pepper and salt or Dulsi flakes.
