Brain-Boosting Golden Milk Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 cup non-dairy milk

½ cup frozen pineapples or mangos

1 banana

1 tbsp coconut oil

½ tsp Golden Milk

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp ginger

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp maca (optional)


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add all ingredients into a blender.

2. Blend until desired consistency is achieved.

3. Add ice, if desired.
