This delicious hemp seed milk recipe can be added to smoothies and shakes, in cereal or enjoyed on its own.
Ingredients
2-4 tbsps Wild-Harvested, Raw Sea Moss Gel (optional)
½ cup hemp seeds
2 cups water
2 medjool dates
½ tsp vanilla extract
Tools:
Blender
Cheesecloth (optional)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
(Optional), you can strain liquid through cheesecloth to remove hemp seed particles.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to four days.
