Hojicha, Energy-Boosting Powder

Combine 1/2 tbsp of powder, 1/2 tbsp of maple syrup and 1 tbsp hot water to a small bowl. Use whisk to blend completely. Heat 1 cup milk. Transfer Hojicha mixture to cup and top with warm milk. Drink cool or warm.

 

You could also enjoy your Hojicha latte iced by adding all ingredients to a jar with some ice cubes and shaking well to combine.
