Mango Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS

¾ cup dairy free milk

1 tbsp dark maple syrup (optional)

3 tbsp chia seeds


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix dairy free milk, chia seeds and maple syrup (optional) in mason jar with a fork.

2. Allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

3. Enjoy with seasonal fruit (optional: nuts, coconut or seeds).
