Ingredients
3 tbsp. Hojicha powder (avail April 2022)
2 cups frozen bananas
1 can (14oz) coconut sweetened condensed milk
Optional toppings:
Walnuts
Cardamom powder
Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
Cut bananas into slices and freeze.
Whisk Hojicha and coconut sweetened condensed milk. Mix thoroughly. Set aside.
Remove bananas from freezer and add to food processor (or blender).
Blend until bananas are crumbly.
Add in Hojicha and coconut sweetened condensed milk mixture into the food processor (or blender) and blend until smooth, to an ice cream-like consistency.
Pour into glass storing bowl. Freeze if necessary.
Serve with your favorite toppings..
