As with any natural or herbal product, the key is consistency and patience. People are used to quick fixes and that approach is just not the case when trying to make the changes necessary for a healthier lifestyle.

 

People who use herbs as symptom-relieving remedies will often be disappointed as most herbs don't target specific biochemical reactions to create rapid changes. Instead, herbs work with the body in extremely complex ways to bring about balance in the body. 

 

It is important to note that herbs will not make up for lack of sleep, dehydration or a diet filled with processed and refined foods.
