Made-to-Order
7 tbsps in unbleached cotton tea bag
Formulated with calming and soothing herbs to help ease the pain of a UTI.
While this blend can help relieve the discomfort associated with a UTI, it DOES NOT treat a UTI.
Made with 100% organic ingredients, unless otherwise mentioned in Formula tab.
uva ursi, goldenrod flower, pipsissewa leaf (wild-harvested), goldenseal root + horsetail
Uva ursi is most commonly used for urinary tract infections including cystitis (inflammation of the bladder), nephritis (inflammation of nephrons which reduces the kidneys natural function to filter wastes), urethritis (inflammation of the urethra) and pyelitis (inflammation of the pelvis).
Goldenrod flower helps to reduce inflammation.
Pipsissewa leaf (wild-crafted) is commonly used for infections of the kidney, bladder, or urethra (urinary tract infections or UTIs) and skin sores.
Goldenseal root helps protect the body against various bacteria and fungi and is commonly used to treat urinary tract infections (UTIs) and yeast infections.
Horsetail helps relieve UTI symptoms by helping to flush out bacteria.
Add bag of herbs into 1 quart water over low/medium heat. Infuse for 30 mins.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Once cooled, strain by squeezing excess water from the herbs then add infusion to a warm, shallow bath along with (optional) Himalayan pink salt and epsom salts for added benefits.
Soak in infused bath for a minimum of 15 mins.
Feel free to add essential oils for added benefits.
Herbalist's Message
As with any natural or herbal product, the key is consistency and patience. People are used to quick fixes and that approach is just not the case when trying to make the changes necessary for a healthier lifestyle.
People who use herbs as symptom-relieving remedies will often be disappointed as most herbs don't target specific biochemical reactions to create rapid changes. Instead, herbs work with the body in extremely complex ways to bring about balance in the body.
It is important to note that herbs will not make up for lack of sleep, dehydration or a diet filled with processed and refined foods.
