Stuffed Mushrooms

4 Portobello mushrooms caps or baby bella mushrooms

Oil to glaze mushrooms

Pâté Ingredients

½ cup walnuts

1 ½ cups breadcrumbs

1/8 cup diced red onions

½ tbsp fresh tarragon

½ tbsp fresh chives

½ tbsp red wine

1 tsp tomato paste

1 tsp coconut aminos

2 tsp grapeseed oil


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Place all pâté ingredients in a food processor and blend until crumbly consistency is achieved

  3. Remove stems and dirt (dark side of mushroom) from mushrooms using a paper towel and brush with grapeseed oil

  4. Bake oiled mushrooms for 10 mins

  5. Remove from oven

  6. Spoon in pâté

  7. Bake stuffed mushrooms for 15-20 mins
