Mushroom Kabobs

Vegan BBQ/grilling recipe that will impress veggie and meat-eaters alike!


1 pack of baby Bella mushrooms 

6 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp coconut aminos

1 tbsp maple syrup 

2 garlic cloves, minced 

2 tsp Dijon mustard

¼ tsp cumin powder

¼ tsp coriander powder

¼ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp garlic powder 

¼ tsp ground ginger

1/8 tsp cinnamon

Dash cayenne pepper

1/8 cup fresh chopped basil or parsley (topping)

Balsamic glaze (optional topping)




  1. Preheat over to 425 degrees.

  2. Skewer mushrooms, set aside.

  3. Wisk together all ingredients (except toppings).

  4. Glaze skewers, let sit for 15 mins.

  5. Place in oven and cook for 15-20 mins.

  6. Remove from oven, spring on freshly chopped basil or parsley.

  7. Glaze with balsamic glaze (optional)
