Crispy Garlicky Kale

5oz. Kale (stem removed)

2 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil

¾ tsp Celtic sea salt

1 garlic clove minced


  1. Preheat oven to 257 degrees. 

  2. Combine kale with oil, garlic and seasoning in a bowl. 

  3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Bake until crisp, turning the halfway through (about 20 minutes).

  5. Remove from over, let cook and Enjoy!

* For a "cheesy" flavor add nutritional yeast.
