My pups LOVE them!

Ingredients

1 cup carrot grated

1 cup brown rice flour

½ cup dried unsweetened coconut (flaked or shredded)

½ cup coconut milk

Pinch ginger

Tools + Supplies:

Oven

Baking sheet

Parchment paper or silicon mat

Glass jar (for storage)

Cookie cutter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone baking mat.

  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients into flour one at a time, kneading well after each addition.

  3. Once fully combined, roll dough into ½-inch balls and place them 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheet.

  4. Press down on the tops with a fork to flatten. Or use cookie cutter to cut out their favorite shapes.

  5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. The longer they bake, the more crispy the cookies get but make sure not to burn them.

  6. Allow biscuits to cool.

  7. Serve furry friend.

  8. Transfer remaining biscuits to a lidded jar or container and store in the refrigerator for up to fifteen days.

Makes about 20 treats.
